Job description
key Responsibilities
Maintain EDM Files and maintain data of all new joiners, on gong basis in Iine Entering all new hire information with revisions of DOJ, backed out candidates.
Daily updating EDM the identify the gaps, coordinate with respective stakeholders and resolve the issues.
Coordinate with Payroll team and send the file of new joiners for updating in HRMS Portal and follow up for Payroll processing
Coordinate with on boarding team for New Joiners information
Conduct Background Verification, coordinate with agency and candidate, get the reports in TAT Escalating the red report to seniors immediately. Ensure all the reports are filed in personal files
Regularly update employee data on the HR system
Manage and complete employee requests and services by answering employee requests and questions and delivering quality solutions, escalating the sensitive matters on immediate basis.
Create personnel file with all relevant documents check all documents as per the check list, if any gaps, coordinate with Zonal HR and collect the documents same in HRMS
Update employee information, transfers, data corrections, etc and issue employee requests letters in HRMS and generate letters
Conduct Exit Interviews for all exits, update the information in HRMS, collate all the Ext insights and present Exit Reports on monthly basis
Coordinating with Zonal HR for collating information and process one-time payments such Rewards. Social Function
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data
Ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the stakeholders to quickly address needs
Strong detail orientation and demonstrated experience driving tasks to completion Employee service orientation and experience, managing multiple stake holders
Self-Motivated with ability to work both independently
Knowledge of multiple human resource
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Strong knowledge of MS Excel Previous use/knowledge of HRIS systems, Ability to quickly understand and use technology Being empathetic, flexible, and proactive: hands-on with a can-do approach. Immediate joiners (less than 30 days)
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment under time constraints while multi-tasking and prioritizing as necessary
Qualifications
A MBA's degree in HR with Relevant experience 3 to 5 Years
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Ability to quickly understand and use technology Being empathetic, flexible, and proactive, hands-on with a can-do approach
